In line with this vision, we're on the lookout for a physiotherapist who is ready to build and lead this crucial aspect from the ground up.

We want practitioners eager to lead a physiotherapy service that not only showcases their unique skillset and vision but also aligns seamlessly with our patient-centred ethos.

Requirements

In your role at One&All, you're not just filling a position, you're instrumental in developing a new service. As our physiotherapist, you'll have the unique opportunity to craft and lead a service. Your experience and skillset will be valued, shaping everything from the consult structure to the types of conditions you wish to focus on. 

We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in private practice physiotherapy, encompassing patient list management, one-on-one consults, and group rehabilitation. Collaboration is key at One&All, and you'll be working closely with our osteopathy and massage teams, playing a pivotal role in the integration and development of future services, including clinical pilates and exercise-led group rehabilitation.

Flexibility is a cornerstone of this role. Whether you prefer a full-time or part-time engagement, we accommodate your preference, requiring a minimum commitment of three days per week, including some weekend involvement. Furthermore, there are clear pathways to leadership roles within the clinic, perfect for those who have reached a point in their career where they crave more, be it branching out from clinical roles or stepping into mentorship.
