RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily Accounts Payable functions, including workflow organization and the timely and accurate disbursement of company funds.  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar field or equivalent experience required.  

• A minimum of seven (7) years of Accounts Payable processing experience, as well as, four (4) years of managerial experience required.  

• Experience with Year-end 1099 processing and accounting period end closes is required.  

• Experience with MAS90 Sage accounting software, primarily focused on the Accounts Payable Module is a plus.  

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).  

• Good communication skills for interaction with both staff and management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Travel: Will be expected to work at any FCS location to help meet FCS business needs.
